Dr. Boutros is a board certified physician who offers in-office comprehensive vein care that is covered by most insurance plans. Consultation and if appropriate, a diagnostic ultrasound is performed. 

The consultation is the first step during which Dr. Boutros will provide a thorough physical exam of your legs to assess the degree of varicose disease. Be sure to report symptoms such as leg pain, heaviness, leg cramps or restlessness. 

Following the consultation and examination, vascular imaging using ultrasound is done if your symptoms and exam findings suggest there is an underlying vein problem. Dr. Boutros will interpret the ultrasound to determine if treatment is appropriate. 

Once a diagnosis of vein disease is made a personalized treatment plan is created for you. Treatments options depend on findings on the ultrasound, your symptoms, location and size of veins and your insurance coverage. 

All procedures are performed in our office and are minimally invasive. These procedures include: Venaseal (medical adhesive), radiofrequency ablation, laser ablation and sclerotherapy.
